Our Future Baseball Player

So, once again I am late in updating my blog. Well, Thanksgiving was fun...it was really nice to see everyone. Ayden had a great time and just enjoyed everyone playing with him. He is just so much fun. He loves to play ball now. So we throw him a little ball, he picks it up (left handed just like his father) and throws it back to you. He really has an arm, he wings the ball right to you. Hopefully he will love to play baseball like Bob. Once he throws it, he gets really excited as he claps and laughs. I love it. It is very amusing.

We are now getting ready for Christmas. We put up the decorations and the tree now. I really thought Ayden would love the lights on the tree and would constantly be pulling at the branches, but he really has been very good with it. He definitely knows it is there, but just goes along his business and plays around it. We will be having Christmas at our house this year with my family and Bob's family. I am sure Ayden will love his first Christmas, especially all the toys he will be getting.

Here are some pics from Thanksgiving and some other ones of our cutie.

Lil Stinker

So, Ayden was a little skunk for Halloween. He looked so cute in his costume and he seemed to like it because I had him in it almost all day. I took off from work on Halloween and Ayden and I visited Bob at school. It is so funny to see all the kids with Ayden...they just swarm Bob when he was walking Ayden down the hallway. Here are some pics of the "Lil Stinker".

Sorry for the red eye!

His butt actually says "Lil Stinker"

I had to put this picture of Devon and his newly grown hair on the blog.

And of course the Phillies won the World Series!!!!!!!! We are sooo excited and cannot believe it. I wanted to post some pictures of Ayden in his Phillies gear.

Ayden loves his Aunt Lynael

Ayden at the parade (kind of)

So exhausted from all the partying.

So, as Ayden has been crawling around everywhere now he is learning to pull himself up and stand. For some reason, he really loves to stand and jump around and cannot sit still. My mom says he is exactly how I was when I was a baby. I never stopped moving. Here are some pics of Ayden pulling himself up and standing.

And He's Off!!!

Well, I can't believe it is already this time...Ayden is crawling!!! It is so cute to see him because he sits there, looks at you with his big smile and then he is off to the races. He gets on all fours and just goes...it's crazy! We definitely have our hands full with this munchkin because he is going to be into everything. Of course he puts everything in his mouth, so you cannot take your eyes off him for a second.

So, now I can't get enough of seeing him crawl so I put Ayden down on one side of the room and go to the other side and sit down. I start to call Ayden and ask him to come see mommy. Of course along with Ayden, here comes Koda. Koda is so excited and thinks that I am trying to play with him. Poor dogs, the attention they do not get anymore. However, it looks like Ayden will give them the attention they are looking for.
I don't have any pictures of him crawling, and I can't figure out how to get videos on here yet. I will post some pics sometime this weekend.

My Little Pumpkin

Over the weekend, we went pumpkin pickin' with the Davis's (Matt, Abby and Cadence). We met up with Matt's family and nieces and nephews. We had a really good time except for when we got on the hayride. I grabbed Ayden a bottle for the hayride and it seems that with Ayden's two bottom teeth, he had punctured a hole in the nipple of the bottle. It was leaking all over the place and he wasn't able to eat. Apparently he was very hungry and was very upset. Once we were able to get off the hayride, everything was fine...but I felt so helpless. Serves me right for not bringing the whole diaper bag with me. Here are some pictures from that day.

Ayden is now sitting up all the time. As soon as we put him on his stomach, he gets on all fours and throws his legs out from under him and sits up. It is so great because as soon as we put him down now, he laughs and amuses himself by just sitting there. He is so proud of himself and I absolutely love watching that.

We recently just went to the doctors for Ayden's 6 month check up and the doctor said he was doing great. She said he may start crawling any day now so we have to make sure our house is baby proofed. That is my job this weekend. I was a little concerned because his weight was in the 25% percentile though. I couldn't believe it! I said, "He eats all the time and there seems to be no problem with that." She made me feel better because she then said that he is so active that it is normal.

Enjoy some updated pictures. Once I figure out how to get videos on here, I will post them.

Jam packed Weekend

Over the weekend Bob played in a charity softball tournament for Breast Cancer. Ayden and I of course had to come and cheer on Dad. It was a beautiful sunny day so we had a great time. Bob's parents came to one of the games, so Ayden got to hop on the Harley. He looked so cute sitting or really standing on the seat. Here are some pics from the day.

Ayden is starting to really master sitting up by himself. He will be on his stomach and then rolls over to sit up...so cute to watch him. Here he is sitting up by himself.
Bob and I went to the Eagles game on Sunday...even though the Birds lost we had a great time. We really wanted to go to this game because it was an important day for my brother (huge Eagles fan) and his 6 of his friends. They had recently bought a Winnebago to go to the games in. They started to do some renovations to the Winnie; put in countertops...hardwood floors. Well, they entered a contest on the radio and won $10,000 worth of improvements from a company. The company had the Winnie for a little over 3 weeks and the revealing was on Sunday. They did such an amazing job and their new Eagles Winnebago looks CRAZY!!!! They really deserve everything that was done and I am very proud of my brother. Here are some pics of the outside.
Here are some tailgating pics.
