Happy Thanksgiving!

Sorry it has been so long since I updated the blog. I have been sick and busy with work and I have been slacking. Everything is going well and we are getting ready for Thanksgiving. This year we are going to Delaware to Bob’s Grandparents house. We are excited for everyone to see Ayden and to spend some time with the family.
Well, Ayden is definitely teething. He always has something in his mouth and gnaws on his fingers all the time. He has the two teeth on the bottom already, but others must be on their way. Ayden is still crawling around like a champ. It just makes me laugh every time, because he pushes off with his left foot and his right foot is bent underneath his body. Hard to explain…but hilarious and boy does he move. He is around the house in no time and he is so curious that he has to go into every room to see what is going on.
So most recently we are trying to get Ayden to really fall asleep on his own. As he is getting older and can pull himself up in the crib it is really difficult for him to fall asleep now. It used to take him maybe 5-10 minutes to fall asleep on his own, but now it is HORRIBLE. He cries and gets himself so worked up it is heart breaking. He just stands up in his crib hysterical and it is so hard to let him do that. I eventually will rock him or hold him. It is just so HARD! ADVICE?????

Lil Stinker

So, Ayden was a little skunk for Halloween. He looked so cute in his costume and he seemed to like it because I had him in it almost all day. I took off from work on Halloween and Ayden and I visited Bob at school. It is so funny to see all the kids with Ayden...they just swarm Bob when he was walking Ayden down the hallway. So, as Ayden has been crawling around everywhere now he is learning to pull himself up and stand. For some reason, he really loves to stand and jump around and cannot sit still. My mom says he is exactly how I was when I was a baby. I never stopped moving. Here are some pics of Ayden pulling himself up and standing.
